As a personal data subject, I have the right of access to my personal data, and the right to their rectification or erasure, or restriction of their processing. I have the right to request information on which of my personal data are being processed and I have the right to request explanations concerning the processing of my personal data. I also have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability (i.e., the right to receive the personal data concerning me, which I have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format). I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. The withdrawal of my consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, if the processing is based on consent given or on a legal ground. This means that I do not have such right when, in particular, but without limitation, processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
